Job summary

Dunkin Franchisee in New York is seeking a General Manager to maximize profitability and ensure smooth store operations, food safety, and exceptional guest service. You will oversee all store areas and support Supervisors to deliver top performance.

You will lead recruitment, training, budgeting, and strategic growth initiatives, working closely with the Area Director to improve efficiency and drive business results.
