Titan Machinery is seeking a General Manager to oversee store operations, lead a high-performing team, and drive financial and customer-service excellence. You will manage performance, develop staff, and ensure adherence to policies and safety standards while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities include leading financial performance, shaping operations, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ related experience and/or related military experience.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time and work flexible hours.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate high performing teams to achieve results.
• Ability to respond quickly, accurately, and professionally to demands from customers and employees.

• Financial and Performance Management: Understand and communicate key financial drivers, utilize management team to ensure that departments across the area meet or surpass sales goals and financial targets
• Customer Interaction and Experience: Lead customer-facing and business teams to enhance operational efficiency and deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Team Leadership and Development: Attract, develop, engage, and retain top talent who are collaborative and customer-focused, fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Policy and Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and processes, including ethical transaction management and performance management in line with company guidelines. Additionally, uphold environmental, health and safety regulations
