Job summary

Titan Machinery, Inc. is seeking a Parts Sales Manager in Omaha to lead the Parts Department, drive sales performance, and elevate customer satisfaction. The role emphasizes team leadership, inventory management, and collaboration with customers and manufacturers.

Ideal candidates will bring 2+ years of related experience, strong customer service, and proven ability to guide staff and optimize department metrics in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ related experience and/or related military experience or related education/training (degree, certificate, etc)
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time and work flexible hours
• Ability to effectively lead and manage people
• Strong customer service skills
