Job summary

Wingstop is seeking a General Manager for our restaurant who will lead operations, drive sales, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will recruit, hire, train, and develop team members while maintaining cost controls and a high standard of quality.

Pay is experience-based, with ranges up to $55k in Albuquerque, $60k in Santa Fe, $65k in Oregon, and $68k in Washington, plus the potential for significant quarterly bonuses for proven leaders.

Successful General Managers can also qualifyfor significant quarterly bonuses.

The General Manager provides strategic and tactical leadership for their restaurant. This leader must maintain operations and drive results in his/her restaurant through people development, positive Guest experience, cost control, and sales/profit growth. The General Manager must recruit, hire, train, and develop Team Members that share the Wingstop mission-To Serve the World Flavor. The General Manager must convey the Wingstop Way culture to his/her team and be a creative team player who is passionate about hard work, having fun, and demonstrating sincere dedication to the success of the brand.
