Job summary

Wingstop is seeking a General Manager in Albuquerque, NM to lead daily restaurant operations, drive sales, manage costs, and ensure outstanding guest experiences.

You will recruit, hire, train, and develop Team Members, model the Wingstop Way culture, and partner with corporate leadership to grow the business.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and tactical leadership for the restaurant, driving results through people development, guest experience, cost control, and sales/profit growth.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop Team Members aligned with the Wingstop mission-To Serve the World Flavor and convey the Wingstop Way culture.
• General Managers are responsible and accountable for all restaurant activities including: customer service, profitability and quality assurance.

Job description

The payrates listed below are all based on experience and availability:
Up to $55,000 per year (Albuquerque, NM area)
Up to $60,000 per year (Santa Fe, NM)
Up to $65,000 per year (Oregon)
Up to $68,000 per year (Washington)

Successful General Managers can also qualifyfor significant quarterly bonuses.
