Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of restaurant management experience, with direct responsibility for financial outcomes.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Proven ability to lead, stabilize, and develop teams.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, financials, and guest service excellence.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Team Leadership: Build, retain, and develop a high-performing team, supported by Assistant Managers, fostering stability and growth.
• Mentorship: Act as a teacher, focusing on empowering and developing team members rather than taking on tasks solo.
• Financial Management: Demonstrate a strong grasp of financials, including budgeting, cost management, and P&L oversight.
• Sound Decision-Making: Make informed, strategic decisions that align with business goals and enhance team performance.
• Delegation: Effectively delegate responsibilities to team members to maximize operational efficiency.
• Employee Retention: Create an inclusive environment that values each team member, reducing turnover and strengthening team cohesion.
• Communication: Listen actively, handle feedback professionally, and maintain open communication channels with team members and leadership.
