• Education/Experience: Bachelor?s degree OR 5?10 years of experience in a related operational field.

• Tech Literacy: Proficiency in MS Office, digital forms, mobile applications, and cloud-based systems.
• Licensing & Health: Valid driver?s license with a clean driving record, plus the ability to obtain a Medical Examiner?s Certificate.
• Core Competencies: Strong organizational, communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
