Job summary

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® is seeking an energetic, self-motivated leader to run a Lafayette, IN franchise. You will mentor management, supervise daily operations, and partner with executives to drive profitability and brand standards.

Responsibilities include leading staff, refining processes, and leveraging data analytics to improve performance while aligning with company values and incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5-10 years of experience in a related field.
• A minimum of 3-5 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Experience in sales, operations, training, and data analytics with previous P&L responsibility is preferred.
• High level of organizational skills, communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, and strategic planning.

• Provide leadership and support for management team and frontline staff.
• Establish and maintain a culture of service excellence.

Someone who can help us continue to move our company and employees forward by supporting and mentoring our management team with the daily aspects of the business. Work with customers, staff members, and upper management to meet established performance goals and brand standards. Ensure continuity and consistency of processes and documentation through training, communication, and auditing. Be a strategic partner with executive management with your insights and ideas to drive excellence and growth in your market through P&L management, process refinement, and community involvement.
