Beyond Catering seeks a General Manager in Itasca, IL to develop future GMIs and progression into the Managing Partner Program. The role focuses on achieving sales targets and leading a motivated team within our family-oriented culture.

Responsibilities include budgeting, market-driven advertising, cost controls, staff development, and quarterly performance reviews. This is a path toward ownership and long-term leadership in a growing hospitality group.

Formación

• Lead 10+ team members per shift.
• Experience with budgeting, payroll, revenue forecasting.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant practices and procedures.

• Achieve sales targets.
• Recognize all revenue areas and development strategies to impact sales.
• Enforce and execute advertising, marketing plans, and HR/training materials.
• Manage and control direct expenses.
• Direct labor, food cost variances, repairs and maintenance, discounts, and other direct expenses.
• Selection, retention, supervision, and training of all employees.
• Conduct quarterly reviews.
• Adhere to established training programs.
• Determine advancement/termination.
• Develop employees into shift managers.
• Provide guidance to our team and lead them toward success.
• Embrace our balanced corporate structure and family culture.
• Enforce policies, procedures, and controls.

Salary Range:

$65,000 - $85,000/annually
