Job summary

McDonald's is seeking a General Manager for an independent franchisee‑operated restaurant. This is not a McDonald’s USA corporate role. Lead a team of department managers to meet Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards, set goals, and develop plans.

• May be responsible for hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to build a future‑ready team.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

Ideal candidates should have previous General Manager experience running high volume locations. A background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail. Candidates must be 18 years or older.
