Regency Management Services is hiring a Sales Associate in Columbia, MD to join Ashley Furniture. You will welcome customers, assess needs, and guide them through the full sales process while building relationships for repeat business.

No furniture or sales experience is required; paid training and ongoing coaching are provided. You’ll earn an average of about $60,000 in the first year with unlimited commission and monthly bonuses, with top performers earning well over six figures.
