Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Fond du Lac, WI seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants in partnership with the General Manager. You will drive guest engagement and operational excellence across the team.

You will focus on guest-related metrics, develop a high-performing team through training and clear direction, and uphold brand standards. This role offers opportunities for advancement and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, and responsible alcohol service.
• Ability to lead and develop a team, and champion change.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants.
• In partnership with the General Manager, ensure the restaurant is at the top of its game.

YOU GOT THIS

• Preferably, you have 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.
