Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants. You will partner with the General Manager to ensure peak performance and drive guest engagement, creating legendary experiences for guests and team.

Candidate should have 3+ years of restaurant management experience and a solid understanding of labor laws, sanitation, and alcohol service. This role emphasizes leadership, training, and hands-on operations management.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems.
• Ability to manage and develop team and drive training.

Responsibilities
