Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, supervising Shift Managers, servers, bartenders, and service assistants. You will partner with the General Manager to keep the restaurant performing at its best and drive guest engagement and satisfaction.

Applicants should have 3+ years in restaurant, bar, or kitchen management and a solid grasp of labor laws, health codes, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety procedures, and basic

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and train and develop your team.
