Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Wisconsin is seeking an Assistant General Manager to supervise Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants in partnership with the General Manager. You will help ensure the restaurant is at the top of its game while focusing on guest-related metrics and guest engagement.

This role drives the creation of legendary experiences for guests and supports ongoing training and development of the team.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants.
• Partner with the General Manager to ensure the restaurant operates at the top of its game.
