Job summary

Fitness Connection USA in Fayetteville is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead a busy fitness club. You’ll set the pace, shape the culture, and be the face of the club, while driving memberships and revenue through hands-on leadership.

You’ll coach and develop the Sales Manager and Operations Manager, oversee daily operations, maintain service standards, and ensure a welcoming, clean, and high-energy environment. If you’re a proven leader who loves results, you’ll fit right in.

Qualifications

Proven ability to lead a sales-driven team.
Experience coaching leaders and frontline staff.
Strong track record of achieving membership or revenue goals.

What You’ll Do

Lead from the front – Be the face of the club. Set the pace, shape the culture, and lead by example—especially when it comes to driving sales.
Coach and develop your team – Guide your Sales Manager and Operations Manager as they lead teams of Fitness Consultants and Connection Specialists.
Own the sales floor – Stay actively involved in generating leads, closing memberships, and driving revenue. Your presence will be seen and felt.
Run a high-performing club – Oversee daily operations including cleanliness, staffing, scheduling, and service standards with strong accountability.
Drive growth in people and performance – Hitting goals is just the start. You’ll build a team that’s motivated, capable, and excited to win.
