Fitness Connection USA is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-volume fitness club in Arlington, TX. You will drive sales, oversee daily operations, and shape a culture that motivates teams and members alike.

You'll coach the Sales Manager and Operations Manager, own the club's performance, and ensure exceptional member experiences while guiding growth and profitability for the location.

What You’ll Do

• Lead from the front – Be the face of the club. Set the pace, shape the culture, and lead by example—especially when it comes to driving sales.
• Coach and develop your team – Guide your Sales Manager and Operations Manager as they lead teams of Fitness Consultants and Connection Specialists.
• Own the sales floor – Stay actively involved in generating leads, closing memberships, and driving revenue. Your presence will be seen and felt.
• Run a high-performing club – Oversee daily operations including cleanliness, staffing, scheduling, and service standards with strong accountability.
• Drive growth in people and performance – Hitting goals is just the start. You’ll build a team that’s motivated, capable, and excited to win.
