Fitness Connection USA is seeking an energized GM to lead a 45+ location fitness club. You will set the pace, drive memberships, and shape a high-performance culture while ensuring top-notch service.

You’ll coach the Sales Manager and Operations Manager, oversee daily operations, and build a results‑driven team that delivers growth for the club and members. Competitive base salary plus onboarding and growth opportunities.

What You’ll Do

• Lead from the front – Be the face of the club. Set the pace, shape the culture, and lead by example—especially when it comes to driving sales.
• Coach and develop your team – Guide your Sales Manager and Operations Manager as they lead teams of Fitness Consultants and Connection Specialists.
• Own the sales floor – Stay actively involved in generating leads, closing memberships, and driving revenue. Your presence will be seen and felt.
• Run a high-performing club – Oversee daily operations including cleanliness, staffing, scheduling, and service standards with strong accountability.
• Drive growth in people and performance – Hitting goals is just the start. You’ll build a team that’s motivated, capable, and excited to win.
