Fitness Connection USA is seeking a results-oriented General Manager in Denton, TX to lead a multi-location club with a focus on sales, service, and operational excellence.

You will oversee a team of Fitness Consultants and managers, drive membership growth, and ensure top-tier member experience while maintaining club standards and culture. Strong leadership, coaching, and accountability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a sales-driven gym/retail or service team.
• Ability to coach and develop managers and frontline staff.
• Strong track record of achieving growth targets and delivering results.

What You’ll Do

• Lead from the front – Be the face of the club. Set the pace, shape the culture, and lead by example—especially when it comes to driving sales.
• Coach and develop your team – Guide your Sales Manager and Operations Manager as they lead teams of Fitness Consultants and Connection Specialists.
• Own the sales floor – Stay actively involved in generating leads, closing memberships, and driving revenue. Your presence will be seen and felt.
• Run a high-performing club – Oversee daily operations including cleanliness, staffing, scheduling, and service standards with strong accountability.
