Job summary

Jimmy John's Milwaukee franchise is seeking a General Manager to run the store end-to-end, including people, numbers, and guest experience. You will own the P&L, lead up to 50 team members, hire, train, schedule, and conduct performance reviews, while ensuring food safety and inventory control.

This role requires 40+ hour weeks, evenings and weekends, and offers $25-28 per hour plus bonus, with full benefits and a clear path to growth across the 100+ store network.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• Able to work 40+ hour weeks including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Proven leadership in fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat
• Able to set priorities and work independently
• Corporate certification and role-specific training provided
