Jimmy John's Sandwiches in New Berlin, WI is seeking a Shift Lead to run the shift when the GM is off the clock. This hands-on leadership role requires someone organized, energetic, and ready to step up, with a clear path into store management.

You will oversee opening/closing, food prep, and route deliveries, while owning the cash drawer and daily paperwork for your shift. Paid training and tips accompany a $14–$19/hour wage.

Qualifications

• 18 or older
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, current auto insurance, and a clean driving record
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
• Comfortable on your feet all shift — bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Able to prioritize and work independently in a high-volume environment
