Job summary

Jimmy John's seeks a Shift Lead in Normal, IL to run the shift when the GM is off the clock and to model hands-on leadership. You will oversee opening/closing, food prep, and route deliveries while owning cash drawers and daily paperwork.

This role offers paid training and a clear path into store management, with growth across 100+ locations. The position is full-time (30+ hrs/week) or part-time (under 30 hrs/week) with benefits for full-time staff, including medical, dental, vision, retirement

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced restaurant service or quick-service dining.
• Ability to manage shift operations and deliver friendly service.
• Proven accuracy with cash drawers and daily paperwork.

Responsibilities
