Jimmy John's in Oconomowoc, WI is seeking a Shift Lead to run the shift when the GM is off the clock. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone organized, energetic, and ready to step up toward store management.

Base pay $14.00–$19.00 per hour plus tips, with paid leadership training. Full-time opportunities (30+ hrs/week) include medical, dental, vision, retirement plan with employer match and PTO; part-time (under 30 hrs/week) includes PTO.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• No supervisory authority over other employees; leadership responsibilities on shift.

Responsibilities

• Run the shift and keep service fast, accurate, and friendly.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures and daily food prep.
• Route deliveries and keep drivers moving.
• Own the cash drawers and daily paperwork for your shift.
• Maintain operational standards from start to finish.
