Jimmy John’s Bloomington is seeking a Shift Lead to run the shift when the GM is off the clock. This hands-on leadership role requires someone organized and energetic, with a clear path toward store management. You will supervise opening/closing, ensure fast and friendly service, and maintain daily cash handling.

Qualifications

• Shift Leads run the shift but don’t supervise other staff; supervision stays with management.
• 18+ years old and able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Run the shift when the GM is off the clock to keep service fast, accurate and friendly.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures and daily food prep.
• Route deliveries and keep drivers moving.
• Own the cash drawers and daily paperwork for your shift.
• Maintain operational standards from start to finish.
