Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers in Edwardsville, IL is seeking a full-time Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, coach staff, and uphold Freddy’s standards of hospitality, quality and cleanliness. You will optimize labor, monitor costs, and drive sales while ensuring excellent guest experiences.

The ideal candidate excels in team leadership, uses data to measure performance, and can manage inventory, schedules, and vendor relations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a restaurant operations and staff.
• Strong communication with guests, team members, and managers.
• Ability to analyze data to drive performance, sales, and KPI.

Responsibilities

• Ensure overall team commitment to Freddy's standards of Hospitality, Quality, and Cleanliness.
• Handle and resolve guest issues with the commitment to satisfactory resolution.
• Provide guidance to other employees with an emphasis on operational excellence.
• Focus on efficiencies in production, labor and food costs.
• Ensure equipment is in good working order at all times.
• Maintain good vendor relations.
• Promote the delivery and rollout of new products, marketing initiatives, technology, operational programs and procedures.
• Support strategies to ensure operational progress, sales growth and employee retention.
• Other responsibilities as assigned within the scope of the position.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Prior restaurant management
• Use of effective communication skills with guests, team members, and managers
• Ability to manage inventory; set team schedules; optimize labor hours; and drive sales
• Ability to use data to measure performance, productivity, sales, goals, andkey performance indicators
• Experience with financial statements, profit and loss statements and expense reporting
• Proficient in typical desktop software programs and restaurant operating systems

Physical Requirements (including but not limited to):

Available to work a variety of hours to include days, nights, and weekends – 40 – 50 hours per week; Must be able to work up to a 10-hour shift while standing or walking to perform

essential functions; Required to lift up to 50 pounds during the course of a workday; Require bending, stooping, and occasional use of a ladder.
