Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is helping a fast-paced quick-service restaurant seek a General Manager to lead a high-volume operation. You will recruit, train, and coach a strong restaurant team while maintaining top food quality, service, and cleanliness.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of GM experience, a track record of developing managers, and a solid understanding of labor, food cost, and restaurant financials. ServSafe certification is preferred, and US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant GM experience.
• Proven success leading and developing management teams.
• Strong understanding of labor management, food cost and restaurant financials.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• ServSafe certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Hamburger University Graduate.
