This role requires strong leadership and data-driven decision making. You'll oversee daily restaurant operations, staff development, and community engagement, with opportunities for growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of management experience in quick-service or hospitality settings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze data, manage financial results, and drive operational improvements.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
