Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage a staff of Assistant Managers and 15‑30 employees, depending on location.
- Assign, oversee, and evaluate work for compliance.
- Handle hiring, training, evaluation, discipline, and termination of employees.
- Provide on‑the‑job training and coaching for new hires.
- Delegate responsibilities for ordering, receiving, storing, and issuing all food, labor, equipment, cleaning, and paper supplies to minimize waste or theft.
- Assist in supervising, preparing, selling, and furnishing food.
- Forecast food items by estimating the amount of each item required per shift.
- Supervise food preparation and service operations while on duty.
- Assist team members during rush periods to maintain restaurant efficiency.
- Help team members greet customers, take orders, operate the cash register, assemble orders, and verify completeness and accuracy.
- Ensure that every customer receives world‑class service.
- Complete daily food preparations, including meat and vegetable slicing, portioning, and product rotation.
- Execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity and completeness.
- Complete daily, weekly, and periodic paperwork accurately.
- Control inventory using weekly systems and maintain regular ordering schedules.
- Conduct weekly manager meetings.
- Audit systems, procedures, and end‑of‑shift paperwork.
- Perform preventative maintenance and upkeep on store equipment and supplies.
- Take responsibility for 100% of the cash drawer during shifts.
- Manage deposits and change orders per Deposit Operating Procedure.
- Perform additional related duties as required.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Work Environment
- Use basic math, addition, subtraction, and understand basic fractions.
- Stand for long periods, walk, sit, use hands, reach, talk, listen, and demonstrate adequate close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception.
- Occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Meet the physical demands described above to successfully perform the essential job functions.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Physical stamina to work 50–80 hours per week and willingness to work overtime, holidays, weekends, and days off as business dictates.
- Demonstrated ability to stand for long periods and perform the physical duties listed above.
