Job summary

Envoy Air is seeking a capable leader to head an on-site operations team, focusing on safe, efficient and on-time aircraft movement within the station.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive accountability, and maintain open lines of communication with employees and partners to ensure top-quality service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid, unexpired, unsuspended state driver's license.
• Experience with a commercial airline or ground handler in a leadership role.
• Able to work non-standard schedules, including 24/7/365 coverage.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal and external partners.
• Experience working with contract labor workgroups in some locations.
• Customer-focused, accountable, self-motivated, and collaborative.
• English literacy: read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Previous experience with a commercial airline or ground handler in a leadership role
• Available to work non-standard work schedules, when necessary, due to changing or unplanned operational needs; including ability to be available to your team 24/7/365
• Must have demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with various internal and external partners
• Experience working with contract labor workgroups may be preferred in some locations
• Must be accomplished, customer-focused, accountable, self-motivated, and collaborative
• Must be able to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
