Job summary

Envoy Air is hiring a station leadership professional in Cedar Rapids to oversee daily operations and a team delivering top-notch service to American Airlines customers.

You will manage on-time aircraft movement, safety, and employee accountability, while building a motivated team and maintaining clear communication across stakeholders. Strong leadership, safety focus, and reliable scheduling are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid, unexpired and unsuspended state driver’s license; some license restrictions may prohibit a candidate from being considered for this role.
• Previous experience with a commercial airline or ground handler in a leadership role.
• Available to work non-standard work schedules, including ability to be available to your team 24/7/365.
• Must have demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with various internal and external partners.
• Experience working with contract labor workgroups may be preferred in some locations.
• Must be accomplished, customer-focused, accountable, self-motivated, and collaborative.
• Must be able to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
