Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Wisconsin is seeking a General Manager to lead the guest experience and drive performance. You will oversee the restaurant management team, manage labor, safety, and sanitation, and ensure compliance with health codes.

You will leverage local marketing, analyze P&L results, and foster community involvement while providing best-in-class training, incentives, and development opportunities for your team.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of management experience in a restaurant setting.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, and responsible alcohol service.
• Ability to manage and direct a team, drive change, and train and develop staff.
• Experience analyzing Profit and Loss statements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant management team through performance, engagement, and training initiatives.
• Lead local restaurant marketing and ensure P&L results are optimized.
• Ensure compliance with health codes, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service policies.
