Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Fond du Lac, WI. You will manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants in partnership with the General Manager to ensure peak restaurant performance and guest engagement.

You will focus on guest-related metrics, staff development, and safe, compliant operations in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and weekly pay are valued.

Qualifications

• Must have experience leading restaurant teams and driving guest satisfaction.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, sanitation, and safety policies.
• Ability to train and develop team members and implement process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders and Service Assistants.
• Partner with General Manager to ensure top restaurant performance.
• Drive guest engagement and key guest experience metrics.
