Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Corpus Christi, TX is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders and Service Assistants. You will partner with the General Manager to keep the restaurant at peak performance and focus on guest-related metrics and engagement.

You will train and develop your team, ensure health and safety standards, and drive operations to meet financial goals in a fast-paced sports-bar environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, food handling, and sanitation.
• Experience supervising teams and training staff.
• Familiar with responsible alcohol service and safety procedures.

Responsibilities
