Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead Shift Managers, servers, bartenders and service assistants, in partnership with the General Manager. You’ll drive guest engagement and restaurant performance to legendary levels.

The role focuses on training, coaching and developing your team, managing labor and operations in a fast-paced environment, while upholding food safety and hospitality standards. This is a full-time on-site leadership position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, alcohol service, safety procedures.
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others, train and develop your team.
