Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Pennsylvania to lead Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants. In collaboration with the General Manager, you’ll ensure the restaurant performs at its best and focuses on guest engagement.

You will drive guest experiences, oversee operations, and mentor a high-performing team in a fast-paced sports-bar environment. PA location emphasizes hands-on leadership and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Preferably 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, and responsible alcohol service.
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others and champion change.
• Passion for training and developing the team.
