Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants. You will partner with the General Manager to ensure the restaurant remains at top performance and focus on guest engagement and satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience, solid knowledge of labor laws, health codes, food safety, alcohol service, safety systems, and computer operations, and a passion for training and

• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Ability to manage and direct others, champion change, and train/develop the team.
