Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Minneapolis to lead Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders and Service Assistants. You will work with the General Manager to keep the restaurant performing at the highest level and drive guest engagement to create legendary experiences.

The role emphasizes managing people, training, and a strong commitment to safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service in a fast-paced sports-bar environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety procedures and computer operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders and Service Assistants.
• Partner with the General Manager to ensure the restaurant is at the top of its game.
• Focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement.
