Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Marlboro Township, NJ, seeks a General Manager to lead both FOH and BOH teams and to drive an exceptional guest experience. You will implement innovative guest programs, manage operations, and guide franchise-wide initiatives while maintaining a strong focus on performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

General Manager (GM) Position Summary:

• Experience in leading innovation – first, best, only.
• Project management experience with ability to drive on time delivery and motivate peer to peer.
• An entrepreneurial attitude. Pro-active thinking. Ability to drive thoughtful dialog and roll with the punches.
• Ability to work a 50-hour work week.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
