Qualifications

• Citizenship, residency, or work visa required
• Valid driver's license required
• Successful completion of Criminal Records Check (C.O.R.I.), Sexual Offender Record Check (S.O.R.I.), and fingerprinting

Experience & Skills

• Experience in custodial or related work is helpful but training will be provided for the right candidate
• Bilingual skills, especially Spanish, are highly desirable but not required
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Organizational skills to meet ongoing deadlines

Performance Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs, ensuring safety and proper operation of facilities
• Assist in preventive maintenance programs
• Conduct inspections and report issues to Facilities Manager
• Maintain work order documentation
• Respond to emergencies and assist with event setups

Terms of Employment

Twelve-month, 40 hours/week position with benefits as per union agreement
