Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe seeks a hardworking Property Operations and Maintenance professional. You will provide general repair and maintenance across the resort, ensuring facilities and building systems operate smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

We value experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and general maintenance; a CPO certification is highly preferred, with English required and Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

2+ years experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting and general maintenance.
Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification required.
English communication skills; Spanish preferred.
Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions; lift up to 50lbs.; climb.
Flexible schedule—evenings, weekends and holidays.
Experience in luxury hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide general repair and maintenance across the resort facilities.
Maintain building systems to operate smoothly and safely.
Assist with daily maintenance duties and engineering projects.
Collaborate with the team to deliver service excellence.
Support the Director of Engineering with assigned tasks.

Demonstrates integrity and accountability in all actions and exhibits confidence when making decisions to deliver a luxury-level experience

What would you bring to the table?

2+ years experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and general maintenance, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment
Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification
Electrical, plumbing, and/or HVAC certifications are a plus
English communication skills; Spanish also preferred
Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
Ability to lift, bend, and carry up to 50lbs.
Ability to climb
Flexible schedule- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

What would my job responsibilities be?

Provide general repair and maintenance support throughout the resort, ensuring all facilities and building systems operate smoothly and safely
Maintain a sharp eye for detail, prioritizing both the visible and behind‑the‑scenes elements that contribute to an exceptional guest experience
Approach each day as a proactive problem solver—taking initiative to address issues even when they fall outside the standard task list
Contribute to a strong, collaborative team environment, consistently acting in the best interest of the resort and your colleagues
Assist with daily maintenance duties as well as engineering projects assigned by the Director of Engineering
