Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe seeks a hardworking Guest Experience Specialist to join our Guest Services team. This role focuses on delivering luxury-level experiences through personal connection, local knowledge, and proactive service.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years in concierge roles, familiarity with Santa Fe and New Mexico, and strong computer skills. Candidates must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays at our Santa Fe resort.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of concierge experience, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment - Les Clefs d'Or USA is a plus.
• Knowledge of Santa Fe and New Mexico.
• Proficiency in computer navigation and applications including KEY, Opera, Book 4 Time, Outlook, and basic data entry.

Responsibilities

• Use your authentic personality to create memorable guest experiences, proactively exceeding guest expectations with exceptional service.
• Handle all guest interactions with hospitality and professionalism, accommodating requests and changes and resolving complaints.
• Answer guest inquiries with knowledge of the resort, Santa Fe, and surrounding areas.
• Attend to details that elevate tours and interactions, coordinating with other departments and posting charges to guest folios.
• Book tours in Key and manage confirmations, communicating clearly via phone, chat, and email.

• Attend to details that elevate every tour and interaction, collaborating as needed with other departments and accurately posting charges to guest folios
• Book tours in Key and manage all confirmation detail s, communicating clearly and warmly via phone, chat, and email
