Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is seeking a hardworking General Maintenance 2 to join our Property Operations and Maintenance team. You will provide general repair and maintenance support across the resort, ensuring all facilities and building systems operate smoothly and safely.

The role requires 2+ years in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and general maintenance, with a Certified Pool Operator certification preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and general maintenance.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred.
• Electrical, plumbing, and/or HVAC certifications are a plus.
• English communication skills; Spanish also preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide general repair and maintenance support throughout the resort, ensuring facilities and building systems operate safely and smoothly.
• Maintain a sharp eye for detail, prioritizing both visible and behind-the-scenes elements that contribute to an exceptional guest experience.
• Approach each day as a proactive problem solver—taking initiative to address issues even when they fall outside the standard task list.
• Contribute to a strong, collaborative team environment, consistently acting in the best interest of the resort and your colleagues.
• Assist with daily maintenance duties as well as engineering projects assigned by the Director of Engineering.

What would you bring to the table?

• 2+ years experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and general maintenance , preferably in a luxury hospitality environment
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification
• Electrical, plumbing, and/or HVAC certifications are a plus
• English communication skills; Spanish also preferred
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift, bend, and carry up to 50lbs.
• Ability to climb
• Flexible schedule- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
