Job summary

Morgan & Morgan, P.A. in Phoenix, AZ seeks a pre-litigation attorney to serve as Pre-Suit Attorney. You will handle day-to-day pre-litigation work, draft and file documents, and guide clients through the case process.

The role includes overseeing a team of 6-10 Case Managers, driving compliance and KPIs, and focusing on personal injury cases, primarily general liability, with competitive benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Law degree from an accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in Arizona in good standing.
• 1+ years of personal injury experience.
• Ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation cases.
• Strong written and oral advocacy and client service skills.
• Desire to be part of a trial team.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day handling of allpre-litigation work
• Complete the Flip-to-Lit approval
• Guide clients through the case process
• Drafting and filing of pre-litigation documents
• Complete TD approval for liability issues
• Oversee settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packages
• Manage the release approval process
• Manage a team of 6-10 Case Managers
• Focus on Personal injury cases, primarily general liability.
• Drive compliance and KPIs amongst team
• EUOs, PIP Statements, recorded statements

Requirements

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school
• An active member in good standing with the AZ State Bar Association
• 1+ years of personal injury experience
• Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit cases
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
• Desire to become part of a trial team
