Job summary

Morgan & Morgan in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Pre-Suit Attorney to lead pre-litigation efforts in personal injury cases, focusing on general liability.

You will manage a team of 6–10 Case Managers, guide clients through the case process, draft and file pre-litigation documents, and coordinate settlements and approvals under the Pre-Suit Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Law degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the Alabama State Bar.
• 1+ year of personal injury experience.
• Ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation cases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Strong leadership abilities.
• Desire to become part of a trial team.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities
