Job summary

Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking a Pre-Suit Attorney to support its Phoenix, AZ office. The role involves day-to-day pre-litigation work, guiding clients through the case process, and drafting pre-litigation documents.

You will oversee settlement negotiations, coordinate release approvals, and lead a team of 6–10 Case Managers focused on personal injury and general liability. Strong leadership, writing, and advocacy skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Law degree from an accredited law school.
• Active AZ State Bar membership in good standing.
• 1+ years of personal injury experience.
• Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit cases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day handling of allpre-litigation work
• Complete the Flip-to-Lit approval
• Guide clients through the case process
• Drafting and filing of pre-litigation documents
• Complete TD approval for liability issues
• Oversee settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packages
• Manage the release approval process
• Manage a team of 6-10 Case Managers
• Focus on Personal injury cases, primarily general liability.
• Drive compliance and KPIs amongst team
• EUOs, PIP Statements, recorded statements

Requirements

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school
• An active member in good standing with the AZ State Bar Association
• 1+ years of personal injury experience
• Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit cases
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
• Desire to become part of a trial team
