Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Jackson, Mississippi, seeks a General Liability Pre-Suit Attorney to manage pre-litigation work, guide clients through the case process, and focus on personal injury matters.

This role leads a team of 6–10 Case Managers, drives compliance and KPIs, conducts EUOs and statements, drafts and files pre-litigation documents, and advances toward trial-team participation. Strong leadership and writing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active MS State Bar in good standing.
• 1+ years of personal injury experience.
• Ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation cases.

• Strong leadership abilities.
