BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Pre-Suit Attorney for our Atlanta, GA office. The role centers on managing pre-litigation tasks, guiding clients, and overseeing settlement negotiations in personal injury matters, primarily general liability.

You will lead a team of 6–10 Case Managers, drive performance metrics, and contribute to the trial team's long-term success. GA Bar in good standing and 1+ year PI experience required.

A law firm seeks a pre-litigation attorney to serve as a Pre-Suit Attorney in their growing Atlanta, GA office. The role involves managing pre-litigation work, guiding clients, and overseeing settlement negotiations in personal injury cases, primarily general liability.

Duties

• Handle all pre-litigation work daily.
• Complete the Flip-to-Lit approval process.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Draft and file pre-litigation documents.
• Complete TD approval for liability issues.
• Oversee settlement negotiations and demand package formation.
• Manage the release approval process.
• Lead a team of 6-10 Case Managers.
• Focus on personal injury cases, primarily general liability.
• Drive compliance and KPIs among the team.
• Conduct EUOs, PIP Statements, and recorded statements.

Requirements

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the GA State Bar Association.
• 1+ years of personal injury experience.
• Ability to manage a high volume of pre-lit cases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills.
