Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Saint Louis, MO is seeking a General Liability Pre-Suit Attorney to oversee pre-litigation matters and guide clients through the case process, with a focus on personal injury matters.

The role includes supervising a team of 6–10 Case Managers, driving compliance and KPIs, handling EUOs and statements, and coordinating early settlement strategies. A JD and licensure in MO and IL are required, plus 1+ years' PI experience and strong leadership, writing, and oral advocacy.

Qualifications
