Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Sacramento, CA seeks a pre-litigation attorney to serve as General Liability Pre-Suit Attorney focusing on personal injury matters. You will manage pre-litigation work and guide clients through the case process to ensure smooth progression.

The position requires a JD from an accredited law school, active CA State Bar membership, and at least 1 year of personal injury experience. You will lead a team of 6-10 Case Managers and drive KPIs while supporting settlement
