BCG Attorney Search seeks a General Liability Pre-Suit Attorney to manage pre-litigation work in our Nashville, TN office, guiding clients through the case process with a focus on personal injury, including premises liability.

The role involves supervising 6-10 Case Managers, driving compliance and KPIs, and collaborating with a trial team to deliver strong writing and advocacy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of personal injury experience.
• Active TN State Bar in good standing.
• Ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation cases.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.
• Desire to become part of a trial team.
